Abstract
The 9/11 attacks reshaped global perceptions of security, identity and interconnection amid
contradictory globalization. Post-9/11 novels respond to contemporary crises through literary creation,
embodying shared human community awareness in trauma narration, cultural reflection and ethical
exploration. Following the framework of "depicting global communal dilemma – examining root factors
– rebuilding shared coexistence pathways", this paper adopts close reading and historical criticism to
analyze representative works. It discusses how post-9/11 fictions turn terrorist violence into metaphors
for human existential dilemmas, illustrates their artistic expressions of racial inclusiveness, cross-cultural
communication and ecological coexistence, and clarifies the theoretical and practical value of such works
in the globalized age.

Abstract
This study explores the role of goodwill as a form of intellectual capital in enhancing the success
of small enterprises within the Nigerian service sector. The Population of the study consists of 11,643
registered SMEs in Lagos state Nigeria, 350 SMEs owners were purposively and randomly considered
as the sample. The research adopted both qualitative and quantitative techniques. Inferential statistics
including Chi-squared techniques, analysis of variance, multiple regressions, and Pearson's product
moment correlation were used to sort, code, and analyze the data. According to the study, the factors
that significantly positively correlated with business performance were credibility and goodwill (r=.907
and.833, respectively). The results of the study show that goodwill and enterprise success are positively
correlated. Small enterprises are recommended to maintain and explore goodwill valuation in order address
issues around small business reputations and future scholars can expand the scope of knowledge by
developing novel hypotheses and models.

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the deepening integration of the experience economy and cultural
tourism, immersive cultural tourism has gradually emerged as a key setting for driving cultural
consumption and the development of the night-time economy. Taking the Datang Everbright City as a case
study, this paper focuses on tourists participating in cultural experiences and consumption activities as
its primary interview subjects. Combining the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S–O–R) framework with
grounded theory methodology, it employs semi-structured interviews to analyze the underlying mechanisms
of 'how cultural experiences are transformed into consumption behavior and generate commercial
value.' The research reveals that visitors' consumption behavior does not stem solely from functional
needs but is gradually formed through emotional and identification mechanisms, building upon cultural
stimuli and immersive experiences. Specifically, cultural symbols, spatial atmosphere, and interactive
performances enhance visitors' sense of presence and immersion, transforming them from 'spectators'
into 'participants'; subsequently, emotional arousal, cultural resonance, identity expression, and social
influence further reinforce the value of the experience and drive the formation of consumption motives.
Factors such as commemorative significance, the desire for memorable photographs, peer influence,
and value judgements further facilitate consumption decisions, giving rise to consumption behaviors at
different levels. Simultaneously, through social sharing and word-of-mouth dissemination, tourists create a
cyclical diffusion mechanism of "Experience—Consumption—Dissemination—Re-attraction," extending
commercial value from on-site consumption to traffic dissemination and sustained visitor attraction.
By constructing a mechanism model of "Cultural experience—Emotional and identity mechanisms—
Consumption conversion—Generation of commercial value," this paper provides a new process-oriented
explanation for research into immersive cultural tourism consumption.

Abstract
The strategic integration of digital financial solutions is increasingly critical to the sustainability
and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in developing
economies. This study assesses MSME readiness for digital financial integration across four dimensions—
Digital capability, financial literacy, infrastructure, and organizational adaptability—And examines how
readiness influences integration quality and business outcomes. Employing a mixed-methods design with
a quantitative emphasis, survey data were collected from 189 MSMEs in Surigao del Sur, Philippines.
Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression were used to analyze relationships
among readiness, integration depth, and outcomes. Results indicate a strong positive association between
readiness and the extent of digital financial integration. MSMEs with higher readiness demonstrate
significantly better business model improvements, operational efficiency, and financial resilience, while
partial or fragmented integration yields only moderate gains. Findings underscore the importance of
shifting from adoption metrics to integration quality and readiness diagnostics. Policy and managerial
implications emphasize targeted capacity-building and infrastructure support to embed digital finance
within core business processes and sustain MSME competitiveness.

Abstract
Land conflicts affect 7.7 million people in Punjab, India, because of antiquated land registrances,
fraud, and inefficiency. This paper presents a blockchain-based architecture combining zero-knowledge
proofs (ZKPs), zero- Hannah biometrics, and optimistic roll-ups to provide a scalable, safe, and privacy-preserving solution for land governance. Among the important developments are a scalable smart contract
architecture, an AI-powered dispute resolution system, and a permissioned blockchain for tamper-resistant
data. Ten thousand simulations with 180-second authentication, 99.9% data integrity, 850 transactions
per second (TPS), and 600-second dispute resolution reveal With possible worldwide application, this
framework presents Punjab with a transforming solution.
