全球化视野下国家治理能力现代化的挑战与对策分析

Abstract

随着全球化进程深入，国家治理体系现代化在一定程度上面临新挑战。本文从全球化视野出发，分析了国家 治理能力现代化面临的主要挑战，包括全球治理格局变化、跨国问题复杂化等。文章提出了提升国家治理能力现代 化水平的对策：完善国家治理法治体系，推进治理数字化转型，构建多元协同治理机制，增强危机应对能力，以及 深化国际合作参与全球治理。研究认为，国家治理能力现代化需要统筹国内国际两个大局，既要立足本国实际，又 要顺应全球化趋势。
