中医方剂控脂饮品研究进展

Abstract
中医方剂的控脂作用使其在体重管理领域具有广阔的应用前景,也是当前体重管理研究的热点之一。本文从 肥胖的中医病因病机、中医方剂控脂的药理机制以及产品加工形式等方面综述了当前几类经典中医方剂在体重管理 方面的应用情况,并结合课题组研究,阐述了以藕粉为载体的控脂饮品的研发思路,并对当前中医方剂研究存在问 题进行了分析和展望,旨在为基于“药食同源”理念、兼具功效与便捷性的体重管理产品研发提供系统的理论参考 与支撑。
