Abstract
房间传导阻滞(IAB)是一种以心房间冲动传导延迟为特征的心电现象,典型表现为体表心电图上 P 波时限延长≥ 120 ms。近年来,多项研究证实 IAB 与心房颤动(AF)的发生、发展及预后密切相关。IAB 可导致心房间电激动不同步,进而促进心房电重构与结构重构,从而参与 AF 的发生与维持。本文旨在系统综述 IAB 与 AF 在流行病学、病理生理机制及治疗策略方面的最新研究进展。
