Abstract
认知障碍型失眠是一种伴随认知功能损害的复杂性睡眠疾病,与认知功能障碍是现代社会常见的共患病症, 两者病理机制存在密切关联。近年来,内质网应激介导的神经元凋亡被认为是连接“认知障碍”与“失眠”的关键 病理环节。桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤作为临床经典治疗方,但其治疗内质网应激介导认知障碍型失眠神经元凋亡机制尚待阐 明。本文围绕内质网应激,综述其在认知障碍型失眠神经元凋亡中的作用及桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤干预研究进展,为该病 的中医药治疗提供科学依据。
