高海拔环境寻常痤疮的流行病学特征及临床干预策略

Abstract
目的:梳理高原地区寻常痤疮的临床特征,探讨高海拔环境对痤疮发病机制及皮肤屏障功能的影响,为临床 防治提供理论依据。方法:采用文献回顾法,对国内外相关研究进行归纳分析。结果:与平原地区相比,高原痤疮 在移居人群中发病率高、皮损进展快且炎性损害严重。临床常表现为炎性丘疹、脓疱或结节,并伴有皮肤屏障受损 和炎症后色素沉着(PIH)。机制上,高海拔环境(海拔 >2500m)下强紫外线、高寒干燥与低氧暴露可协同诱导脂 质过氧化、角质层屏障破坏、微生态失衡及炎症的加剧。结论:高原痤疮具有独特的临床表型与病理生理特征,临 床治疗须以抗炎为基础,并强化皮肤屏障修复与全程光防护。
