Abstract
细胞迁移诱导蛋白(CEMIP,亦称 KIAA1199/HYBID)是一类参与透明质酸(HA)降解的关键蛋白。HA 作 为细胞外基质中含量最丰富的糖胺聚糖,对维持组织正常结构与功能不可或缺。自 CEMIP 在非综合征性耳聋患者中 被首次鉴定以来,大量研究表明该蛋白在肿瘤、关节炎、动脉粥样硬化和特发性肺纤维化等多种疾病中发挥重要作 用,但其分子功能及病理条件下的调控机制尚未完全阐明。本文系统梳理了 CEMIP 的结构特征、HA 降解活性、组 织特异性表达、多层次调控网络及其在肿瘤、炎症性疾病及衰老相关疾病中的病理作用,并展望其作为潜在治疗靶 点的前景,以期为后续研究提供参考。
