高海拔世居人群与低海拔移居者皮肤病谱差异及机制研究进展

Abstract

目的:比较高海拔世居人群与低海拔移居者皮肤病谱差异并探讨其可能机制。方法:检索并综述高海拔相关 流行病学、皮肤屏障及微生物组研究。结果:移居者更常见痤疮、湿疹、多形性日光疹及寒冷损伤,世居者更常见 黄褐斑、慢性光化性皮炎和光化性唇炎。差异可能与强紫外线、低氧、低温干燥所致屏障改变及微生态重塑有关。 结论: 两类人群皮肤病谱存在差异,应实施差异化防治。
