Brief

  随着计算机技术、空间技术和通信技术的快速发展,测绘学理论和技术发生了天翻地覆的新变化,传统测绘学理论和技术已不再能满足当前人类社会对于“智慧城市” “数字地球”的需求。近年来,现代测绘科学技术迅猛发展,从传统测绘过渡到数字化测绘,并已朝着信息化测绘前进。基于此,本书从测绘技术概述、测绘地理信息技术的发展、测绘地理信息技术应用、测绘地理信息服务及创新进行阐述。由于时间有限,书中难免存在不妥及疏漏之处,敬请读者批评指正。

  陈克伟(1982—),中国河北定州人,高级工程师,注册测绘师,20116月毕业于云南师范大学地图制图学与地理信息工程专业,现为昆明市规划设计研究院有限公司测绘专业技术负责人,长期从事测绘和地理信息技术研究。主要作为技术负责人或项目负责人参与项目有:全国第二次地名普查项目监理;云南省农村土地承包经营权影像图审核;昆明市主城区地下空间普查;楚雄州教育体育局地理信息系统项目;昆明长水国际机场影像图制作;2019年昆明市历史保护建筑三维数字档案;东川区第三次全国国土调查等国家、省、市级的工程项目。参与的工程项目涉及大地测量、界线与不动产测绘、工程测量、地理信息系统研建、地图制图等领域。发表论文及著作10余篇,在长期的测绘生产实践中积累了丰富的经验。
