田云飞,毕业于华北电力大学,目前就职于国网甘肃省电力公司发展事业部。在通信网规划、电源接入系统二次设计、新能源接网受理等业务领域具有丰富的工作经验,围绕工作岗位积极开展创新实践,获得多项省级及以上奖项,发表论文20余篇,学术著作2部。

彭婧,2013年毕业于湖南大学电力系统及其自动化专业,目前就职于国网甘肃省电力公司发展事业部,入职以来从事配电网、电源接网政策研究及受理等相关工作,获得省级奖项多项,发表学术著作10余篇。
