Brief

Basketball teaching and training differ fundamentally in nature. Teaching involves learning sports techniques and skills under the guidance of a coach, with the aim of mastering sports knowledge, techniques, and tactics while developing various athletic qualities. This forms the foundation for further improving the application of techniques and tactics. Basketball training, on the other hand, consists of systematic practice that applies the knowledge learned during teaching in real-life situations. Its purpose is to enhance athletes' abilities and comprehensively prepare them to achieve the best possible performance.

Thus, excelling in both basketball teaching and training is critically important. Basketball is a common sport in physical education activities. During basketball teaching and training for students, instructors should focus on enhancing students' basketball awareness and improving their basketball skills.
