荆江帅,男,出生于1988年,中国河北省望都县,高级工程师,本科学历,学士学位,自参加工作以来主要在野外一线从事水工环地质工作,主持完成厅局级以上重大项目2项,厅局级中型项目7项,其他各类项目120余个。曾获得市厅局级科学技术奖励3项,其他技术奖励4项,获省级荣誉称号1项,获市厅局级荣誉称号5项。出版专著2本,发表论文5篇,积累了大量的工作经验。
