范闾翮,男,出生于198410月,中国江苏省泰州市,浙江大学管理学博士,任教于南京审计大学商学院,主要讲授管理学、管理咨询等管理类主干课程。从事企业高质量管理、卓越绩效模式的研究与实践,为二十余家企业提供相关管理咨询服务,帮助解决企业文化提炼、战略规划、绩效体系、创新工具方法应用等方面的实际难题。长期的研究与实践经历,使作者对企业如何进行创新、提升管理水平、实现高质量发展,从而推动社会地区高质量发展具有一定的见解与认识。
