  张晨,男,中国河南省郑州市,民主促进会会员。四川美术学院艺术设计专业文学学士、江南大学工业设计工程专业硕士,现为郑州大学教师。从事工业设计、室内设计、文旅开发与文创设计等相关的教学和实践工作。主持了郑东新区标志建筑与景观手绘及文创开发、国泰铝业标志设计、河南中医药大学院史馆设计等众多设计工作;同时主持了《打造黄河中下游分界线文旅品牌的路径研究》等多项省级参政议政调研课题。
