生长素调控植物淀粉代谢的机制研究

Abstract

植物生长发育受多激素精细调控,其中生长素是关键因子,在植物生长、发育及环境响应中起重要作用。 淀粉代谢是植物能量储存与利用的核心环节,探究其调控机制对理解植物生长发育网络意义重大。本研究以拟南芥 为模式生物,综合运用前沿技术,解析生长素调控淀粉代谢的分子机制。结果表明,YUC2 基因通过调控淀粉代谢 关键基因 QQS 的表达,显著影响淀粉代谢;同时,生长素信号转导途径中的 ARF1 转录因子能与 QQS 启动子上的 生长素响应元件结合,调控 QQS 表达,进而影响淀粉代谢。本研究为植物生长发育与代谢调控网络提供了理论依据, 并为作物遗传改良及农业生产提供了新思路与新靶点。
