碳税与补贴政策下物流供应商低碳转型的演化博弈分析

Abstract
随着电子商务的快速发展,公路货运对环境的影响日益显著,推动物流服务供应链的绿色转型成为亟待解决 的问题。本研究基于演化博弈理论,构建政府与物流服务供应商之间的博弈模型,探讨不同碳税与补贴政策组合对 物流供应商采用电动汽车等低碳车辆行为决策的影响。研究分析了静态税收与静态补贴、动态税收与静态补贴、静 态税收与动态补贴、动态税收与动态补贴四种政策机制下的演化稳定策略。结果表明:政府的静态税收与静态补贴 机制无法有效激励物流供应商采用低碳车辆;动态税收与动态补贴的联合机制最为有效,可使物流供应商采用低碳 车辆的概率达到 95%;碳税在促进低碳服务方面比补贴更有效。研究为政府制定差异化的低碳物流政策提供了理论 依据和管理启示。
