Abstract

将 PPP 模式应用于农田与水利建设项目，不仅可以为农业发展提供资金支持，还可以利用社会资本所带来 的现代化农业技术，提高农业生产效率、增加农民收入。论文分析了当前农田与水利建设 PPP 项目发展的可行性， 并以此为切入点，讨论引入 PPP 模式参与农田与水利建设项目可能遇到的问题及实施机制，为地方政府合理推进 PPP 模式应用于农田与水利建设项目提供了政策建议。
