基于 IE 的磨料磨具企业降本增效研究

Abstract
针对磨料磨具企业产品生产成本高、效益低的问题，提出了一种基于 IE 的磨料磨具企业降本增效方法。该 方法包括五个步骤：第一步，通过现场调研采集成本数据；第二步，根据采集的成本数据运用树状图法进行成本构 成分析，识别造成成本高的关键成本要素；第三步，针对关键成本要素，采用专家讨论法或 5Why 法等进一步分析 造成成本高的要因；第四步，针对要因，采用 5W1H 法等获取解决方案；第五步，对解决方案进行投入产出分析， 以评价其改善效果。将提出的降本增效方法应用于 B 磨料磨具企业，应用结果表明基于 IE 的降本增效方法能帮助磨 料磨具企业降低生产成本、提高效益，在同类企业具有一定的推广应用价值。
