Abstract
在物流业高质量发展背景下,传统快递包装带来的资源浪费与环境污染问题日益突出,绿色智能包装已成为 行业转型升级的重要方向。本文以绿色智能包装盒为研究对象,采用多案例研究方法,以供应链管理理论、循环经 济理论和协同治理理论为分析框架,系统分析绿色智能包装的发展现状与典型实践,构建覆盖研发、生产、仓储、 配送及回收再利用等环节的全链条供应链体系。研究发现,“轻资产运营 + 核心环节自控”的协同模式可有效整合上 下游资源、降低企业进入门槛;RFID 溯源技术与生物降解材料的结合应用能实现包装全生命周期智能化管控。基于 京东物流与顺丰控股的深度案例分析,绿色智能包装供应链体系在经济效益、社会效益和环境效益三个维度均具显 著优势,为推动快递包装行业绿色转型提供了可复制的实施路径。
