人因视角下物业员工不安全行为研究综述

Abstract
不安全行为是诱发职业安全事故的首要因素。现有研究集中于建筑施工等高危行业，对物业一线员工关注不 足。本文梳理历史脉络、影响因素、致因模型与方法，评述个体、组织、社会三维进展，识别行业覆盖失衡、数据 单一、工种差异不足、物业适配弱等空白。
