晶硅/钙钛矿叠层电池的界面工程进展

Abstract

晶硅 / 钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池通过串联宽带隙钙钛矿顶电池与窄带隙晶硅底电池,能够突破单结太阳能电池的肖克利 - 奎伊瑟效率极限,被视为下一代光伏技术突破 35% 效率瓶颈的关键路径。然而,其性能与稳定性严重受制于器件内部复杂的界面问题。本文总结了晶硅 / 钙钛矿叠层电池中的关键界面工程策略。首先介绍叠层电池的基本结构与主流制备工艺,以及全纹理硅表面的共形钙钛矿生长挑战。其次重点讨论了互联层 / 隧道复合结、钙钛矿 - 硅的下界面(埋底界面)以及钙钛矿 - 电子传输层的上界面的工程化方案,涵盖材料选择、钝化机制、工艺兼容性与稳定性提升等方面。最后,对叠层电池技术发展未来和前景进行展望,旨在为晶硅 / 钙钛矿叠层电池发展提供参考。
