AIGC赋能动画创作的流程重构、应用价值与治理路径研究

Abstract
生成式人工智能正在把动画创作从传统软件辅助推进到人机协同生成阶段。针对动画制作周期长、前期试错 成本高、角色与场景方案迭代慢等问题,本文围绕 AIGC 在剧本构思、角色设定、场景生成、分镜预演、声音制作 和传播包装中的应用展开分析,并结合流程图与折线数据对比说明其对效率、创意、成本和治理维度的影响。研究 认为,AIGC 能够显著提升动画前期开发和轻量化生产效率,但也存在风格同质化、版权边界不清、角色连续性不足 和人才能力转型滞后等问题。未来应坚持技术辅助创作、强化人工审美把关、建设可授权数据资产并完善内容安全 治理机制。
