稀土掺杂纳米材料的单色荧光发射及调制机理

Abstract

稀土掺杂上转换纳米材料因其独特的光学性质在生物成像、光电器件及传感等领域具有广阔应用前景。本文 设计合成了核 - 壳 - 壳结构的 NaYF4: 5%Er@NaLuF4: 20%Yb@NaYF4 纳米颗粒,通过调控 Yb3+ 掺杂浓度实现上转换 荧光从绿色到红色的选择性发射。透射电镜和 X 射线衍射表征表明所得纳米颗粒呈六方相结构,粒径分布均匀。当 Yb3+ 掺杂浓度为 20% 时,样品在 980 nm 激光激发下产生信噪比为 98 的纯绿光发射;当 Yb3+ 掺杂浓度提高至 90% 时,发射光谱转变为信噪比为 105 的纯红光发射。基于能级布居和能量传递动力学,提出了浓度调控上转换路径的 物理机制,为稀土纳米探针的荧光颜色工程提供了新思路。
