办公建筑中央空调输配系统水力平衡调试与降耗措施实践分析

Abstract

办公建筑中央空调输配系统长期存在近端过流、远端欠流、压差旁通常开和供回水温差偏小等问题,容易造 成水泵电耗偏高和末端舒适性下降。文章结合规范要求和公开文献数据,梳理冷冻水、冷却水及末端环路的水力平 衡调试流程,提出静态平衡、最不利点压差控制、泵频重置、旁通阀逻辑修正和末端运行管理等降耗措施。公开研 究表明,水力平衡、动态压差调节和冷站控制优化均具备可观节能潜力,但具体节能量应以项目实测数据核算。研 究可为既有办公建筑中央空调低成本节能改造提供参考。
