Abstract

论文设计了一种基于微波技术的 SRR 双圆环结构金属表面缺陷检测传感器。该传感器利用 SRR 具有将电 场集中的能力,通过测量谐振频率偏移参数实现对金属表面缺陷的检测。结果表明,该传感器对深度为 2mm、宽度 分别为 100μm 和 200μm 的微小缺陷能够实现 1GHz 以上的谐振频率偏移,表现出较高的灵敏度和精度的检测性能, 具有亚毫米级裂纹无损检测的潜力,同时在材料传感与表征等领域也具有广泛的应用价值。
