Abstract
The new energy industry cluster is an important direction for the future development of China's new energy industry. At present, the scale of domestic research on new energy industrial clusters has been issued, but there are still some research directions that are not clear, and there are few research results on new energy industrial clusters using visual means. This paper analyzes the relevant research literature of the new energy industry cluster under the "double carbon" background from 2006 to February 2023 by visual atlas, and combs the research hotspots and evolution trends. The research shows that: (1) domestic research on the new energy industry began in 2006, and then the number of papers proposed under the "double carbon" background increased sharply; (2) The research progress of new energy industry cluster shows the trend of refining the focus; (3) Under the background of "double carbon", the research on new energy industry cluster is still in the initial stage of development, and the indicator system needs to be improved. It is expected to enrich the perspective of the review of new energy industrial clusters and provide some reference for the research and design practice of new energy industrial clusters under the background of "double carbon" in China in the future.

Abstract
Bike sharing always been regarded as one of green transportation to reduce carbon emissions all over the world. It was a sustainable development method supported by governments. While the emergence of bike sharing provides convenient transportation for humans, the current situation of bike sharing is facing several challenges in our cities. Intensive carbon emissions might be produced from continuous production of sharing bikes under the oversupply problem which has a negative effect on the urban environment. This literature review proposed to reconsider the relationship between bike sharing system and carbon emissions to recognize the real meaning of bike sharing. The article overviews the development of bike sharing system, summarize from the history of bike sharing and design the measurement of bike sharing system with study cases in recent years. Collecting carbon emissions computational formula calculates life cycle carbon dioxide emissions of bike sharing to evaluate energy consumption. However, some studies remain narrow in focus dealing with the design method of bike sharing system or carbon emissions estimate. These findings signal the need for additional studies to investigate more about the adverse impact of bike sharing and try to keep the balance supply with demand to protect our cities’ environment.

Abstract
Research on ecological sensitivity shares an important role in carrying out regional ecological civilization construction and advocating regional ecological sustainable development. In this paper where Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is taken as an example, nine factors are selected from two aspects of the ecosystem and social system and the time-space changes of ecological sensitivity in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture from 2000 to 2020 are analyzed by using the coefficient of variation method and cumulative model with the support of GIS. As demonstrated by the results, (1) the research area as a whole proves to be moderate in ecological sensitivity. By 2020, highly and extremely sensitive areas in the research area had decreased by 4435.68 km2 while those insensitive and mildly sensitive areas increased by 213.1 km2. The areas with high ecological sensitivity are mainly distributed in Xiahe County in the north of the research area, as well as in the north of Hezuo City and Zhuoni County, and the areas with low ecological sensitivity are mainly located in Diebu County and Zhouqu County in the southeast of the research area. (2) The ecological sensitivity of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture has been fluctuating in the past 20 years, and the fluctuation enhancement area is mainly distributed in the southern part of Xiahe County and the central part of Zhuoni County, accounting for 25.86% of the total area of the research area. All these analyses and conclusions can provide a basic scientific basis for ecological protection in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
