“无序的更新”:战后布里克斯顿的住房危机与治理转向

Abstract

二战后,伦敦布里克斯顿因作为西印度移民的主要聚居区,长期面临严重的住房危机。政府失败的重建计划 留下了大量空置房屋,反而催生了以“占屋”为代表的社区自救运动,由此引发的社会冲突使治理转向以市场为主 导的更新方式。尽管这重塑了街区形象,但并未解决结构性的住房困境。
