经济社会视角下离婚案件数量的影响因素研究

Abstract

近年来，法院离婚案件数量呈显著增长趋势。本文从经济社会视角出发，采用多元线性回归方法研究离婚案 件数量受到哪些因素影响。研究结果表明，失业率、离婚冷静期对离婚案件数量有正向影响；女性就业率、女性教 育水平、人均 GDP 对离婚案件数量有负向影响。因此，为构建更加完善合理的离婚案件解决机制，在经济层面，应 降低失业率、提升人均 GDP；在社会层面，应提升女性就业率、女性教育水平；在政策层面，需引导正确的婚恋价 值观，做好离婚冷静期实施后的政策解读工作。
