城市更新研究的理论景观:概念演进、机制分歧与前沿议题

Abstract
城市更新作为一个动态演进的研究领域,其概念内涵自 20 世纪以来经历了多阶段转型:从早期以物理改造为主导,逐步纳入社会公平、经济复兴与历史保护等维度,进而转向关注空间生产、治理网络与多主体协同,当代则在技术与理念升级的驱动下,进一步融入气候正义、算法治理与民主化等新兴议题。为理解城市更新实践中的深层机制分歧,可归纳出三大理论范式:增长导向范式聚焦空间商品化与资本积累,公正导向范式批判绅士化排斥及空间不平等与不正义,治理导向范式强调多方利益相关者的协调与平衡。面向当下与未来,城市更新研究应重点关注气候韧性更新中的正义分配、数字技术引发的权力重构、非正规空间的理论合法性及其历史与当代的综合考量,同时推进方法论层面的革新。本文系统勾勒了城市更新研究的理论景观,为整合碎片化文献、识别前沿方向提供了整合性分析框架。
