国内外教育旅行比较研究—论中国研学旅行的区域定位

Abstract

教育旅行是以教育为根本目的的旅行体验活动。基于国际实践形态的比较研究发现：英国“大旅行”侧重精 英文化教育，兼具社会资本再生产功能；美国“户外教育”聚焦自然环境教育，衍生出公共环境治理功能；日本 “修学旅行”强调集体观念培育，同时承担起地方观光引流的经济功能。中国“研学旅行”作为教育旅行在本土语 境下的创新实践，在继承教育核心属性的同时，被赋予鲜明的区域政策工具属性。梳理 2013-2024 年研学政策演进 脉络，中国研学旅行已从早期的旅游新业态，在多元主体协同推动下，逐步演变成为融合旅游、文化、教育、工业、 农业等多领域的综合性发展载体。基于区域融合发展战略的顶层设计，是中国研学区别于其他国际实践的核心特征。
