Abstract

在本研究中，先通过互联网和知网，广泛收集服务区与文旅成功融合的案例以及相关研究文献。运用自然语 言处理技术，挖掘文档中潜藏的主题，从而获取文旅服务区可能的成功因素，并归纳总结为有效的评价指标。随后， 借助德尔菲法，对构建的评价指标体系进行补充与完善。接着，运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的方式开 展指标评价工作，以此降低以往单纯依靠专家定性评价所产生的主观性。最终，以读书铺服务区等实际案例为依据， 对所构建模型的可行性加以验证。
