肝癌免疫治疗患者健康素养现状及影响因素调查

Abstract

目的： 调查接受免疫治疗的肝癌患者健康素养现状，并分析其影响因素，为制定针对性健康教育策略提供依 据。方法： 采用抽样法，选取 2026 年 4 月至 2026 年 5 月于某三级甲等医院肿瘤科住院的 180 例接受免疫治疗的肝 癌患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、慢性病患者健康素养量表（HeLMS）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）及 自制免疫治疗相关知识问卷进行调查。采用独立样本 t 检验、单因素方差分析、Pearson 相关分析及多元线性回归 分析进行数据处理。结果： 肝癌免疫治疗患者健康素养总分为（78.56±12.34）分，处于中等偏低水平。其中，信 息获取能力维度得分最低。多元线性回归分析显示，教育程度（初中及以下：β=-0.32，P<0.001）、家庭人均月 收入（<3000 元：β=-0.28，P<0.001）、社会支持水平（β=0.45，P<0.001）、免疫治疗相关知识水平（β=0.31， P<0.001）及主要信息获取渠道（仅依赖非专业人员交流：β=-0.19，P=0.002）是健康素养的独立影响因素（调整 后 R² =0.497，F=28.34，P<0.001）。结论： 肝癌免疫治疗患者的健康素养有待提高，尤其应关注低教育程度、低收 入、社会支持薄弱及信息渠道单一的患者群体。医护人员应基于患者特点，构建多元化的健康教育与支持干预方案。
