Abstract
ABCDEFHI 集束策略中新增加的 F 元素元（家庭参与和赋权）是重症监护室（Intensive Care Unit，ICU） 中医护人员、患者及其家庭之间的重要组成部分，可以改善患者的疾病预后和提高医疗质量。论文从家庭参与和赋 权的概念、实施的主要策略及效果、国内外研究现状进行综述，并在此基础上提出展望，为家庭参与和赋权干预在 ICU 开展提供参考。
