神经退行性疾病眼球运动的研究进展

Abstract
人类是视觉主导的物种,我们感知什么取决于我们看哪里。参与眼球运动的神经通路和大脑区域包括大脑、 脑干和小脑,眼球运动对我们与环境的相互作用至关重要。因此,异常的眼球运动可提示存在神经退行性变,实验 结果表明眼球运动在神经退行性疾病(neurodegenerative diseases,ND)中受到影响。这可能是 ND 中一些认知和运 动障碍的原因。在一些患者中,眼球运动的体征是诊断的关键。因此,对神经退行性疾病患者的眼动进行仔细的临 床检查是神经和认知评估的宝贵辅助手段。眼动检查通常对诊断不是必需的,但可以作为临床检查的有效补充。我 们的目的是确定眼球运动的改变是否可以告诉我们 ND 的进展,如阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s,AD)、多系统萎缩 (multiple system atrophy,MSA)、帕金森病(Parkinson’sdiseases,PD)和其他 ND。探索眼球运动的类型、神经退 行性疾病眼球运动异常形式及其临床意义,我们能够发现与 ND 症状相关的显著眼球运动变化,这使我们能够深入 了解 ND 的机制,以期为临床预测疾病进展和鉴别诊断提供新的潜在标志物。
