射频消融治疗血管迷走性晕厥的进展

Abstract
血管迷走性晕厥是由于自主神经功能失调所致的短暂性、可逆性的意识丧失。在常规治疗方法和药物疗效 不理想的情况下,介入治疗可以作为一种选择。通过射频消融心脏迷走神经节,可以有效解决心脏自主神经功能紊 乱的根本问题。论文总结并概述了血管迷走性晕厥进行射频消融治疗的最新进展。
