食管癌术后吻合口瘘诊治的研究进展

Abstract
食管癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,目前手术治疗仍是治疗该病的主要方法之一。食管癌切除手术后的吻合口瘘 仍是其严重的并发症,吻合口瘘的发生不仅会延长患者的住院时间和增加医疗费用,还有提高患者短期死亡率的风险。 根据吻合口瘘的分型、程度的不同,目前主要有保守治疗、内镜治疗以及再次手术治疗。论文对近年来食管癌术后吻 合口瘘的临床诊断和治疗进行综述,旨在增进临床医生对于食管癌术后吻合口瘘的认识,并优化相关诊疗手段。
