Abstract
中国现有高血压患者 2.7 亿,其中盐敏感高血压患者占 51%,加之中国经济的快速发展以及高负荷工作压力, 习惯于快餐饮食的中青年工作者高血压的发病率呈现出快速增长的趋势。如此,盐敏感个体长期高盐摄食诱导高血 压的发病机理具有重要的临床意义。下丘脑 - 垂体 - 肾上腺轴(The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,HPA)是神经 内分泌系统的重要部分,参与控制应激的反应,并调节许多机体活动,如水盐代谢、能量贮存和消耗消化、免疫应 答等过程。文献研究发现 SS 盐敏感大鼠肾脏、肝脏的蛋白质组和代谢组学的数据表明其代谢特征和肾上腺分泌激素 紧密相关。高盐摄入对于机体内环境稳态形成扰动,神经内分泌系统调节是机体对这一扰动的首要响应,而这其中 的机制还未被完全阐明。论文将通过文献回顾,分析 HPA 轴激素参与盐敏感高血压形成的调控机制,为后续的研究 提供思路和借鉴。
