基于流批一体的产品质量实时追溯系统研究

Abstract
在新能源汽车产业爆发的背景下,产品全生命周期质量追溯对产能优化和成本控制至关重要,而传统离线批 处理模式因技术架构局限难以满足工业场景动态实时质量管控需求,为此本研究提出基于流批一体的产品质量实时 追溯系统,通过云原生流处理技术,构建从采购供应、生产制造到终端服务的全价值链追溯体系。基于分布式集群 环境的性能测试表明,实时追溯系统将数据处理时延从离线批处理的 8 小时缩短至 10 秒内,支持秒级异常零件定 位、工艺参数实时变更及物流轨迹自动追踪,有效解决传统模式事后追溯难和实时管控弱的核心问题,为企业构建 基于数据驱动决策的智能化质量管控体系。
