Abstract
糖皮质激素(Glucocorticoids,GCs)是一类具有强大抗炎、免疫抑制及代谢调节作用的甾体激素,但是过量的糖皮质激素可能造成一定程度的伤害,下丘脑萎缩会使人或动物处于一种极度紧张、焦虑的状态,一般认为这种现象就是由于长时间高水平的糖皮质激素刺激导致的。盐敏感高血压是个体遗传背景的差异性所导致的相对高盐饮食引起的持续性血压升高,盐负荷后血压会明显升高,中枢神经系统对压力升高的响应,会调控下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺激素,内分泌激素和肾脏的压力利尿机制使得摄入多余的水分和盐分通过尿液排出体外,维持机体内环境的稳态,血压恢复正常。那么糖皮质激素如何参与盐敏感高血压的形成过程,是不完全了解的,本文简要介绍最新机制的见解,为治疗选择提供。
