基于模块化安全联锁与闭环监测的糖尿病足溃疡辅助治疗装置设计

Abstract

目的：以家庭及社区为对象来考虑智能糖尿病足溃疡辅助理疗仪的工程设计，将局部氧疗、光生物调节及温 度控制在可接受范围内。方法：根据糖尿病足溃疡居家护理的实际需要确定输入项，功能范围按 2023 年国际糖尿病 足工作组指南界定，以“主机可插拔治疗头 本地交互 /APP”方式分体设计，按风险思路处理治疗头识别、硬件互 锁、闭环检测及验证逻辑。结果是有关硬件、传感、控制、应用的四层架构。A 治疗头装有红光 / 近红外光生物调 节和温控装置，只做试验性模块；B 治疗头用密封腔体、泵阀及对氧浓度和流量的监测完成局部给氧。当氧疗头连 接之后，加热部分即被硬件断开，安全上限由软硬结合维持，APP 不干预参数设定本身而只做引导、记录。结论： 物理模块隔离、禁热设计及多变量闭环能较完整地把主要风险纳入工程控制。疗效应由规范研究说明，不可取代清 创、敷料、减压、抗感染及血流分析诸项常规手段。
