Abstract
This research is about the design used to investigate the relationship between innovative work behavior of iron and steel companies that is linked to individual's personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness to experience), perception of HRM practices and the mediation of innovative climate and innovative work behavior of iron and steel companies. Meanwhile, it also discusses research design, population, sample size and unit of analysis, sampling technique, as well as data collection procedure and data analysis strategy.
