Abstract
Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) is transforming modern organizational practices, particularly in the realms of creativity and employee interaction. This article explores the impact of GAI on organizational creativity and how it influences employee interaction, particularly in cross-cultural work environments. By examining the theoretical frameworks and analyzing practical examples, the study highlights the opportunities and challenges GAI presents in fostering creativity and collaboration across diverse cultural settings. The findings underscore the importance of cultural intelligence and ethical considerations in implementing GAI to enhance organizational performance.
