Abstract

This article explores the development and implementation of a structured risk management framework for Norco’s proposed ERP system. By systematically identifying and analyzing potential risks, the report demonstrates how Norco can allocate resources efficiently and develop targeted mitigation strategies to address key challenges. Through a proactive approach to risk management, the article shows how Norco can successfully navigate ERP implementation risks, ensuring project success and achieving sustainable organizational growth.
