Abstract
With the popularization and development of the Internet, online information resources play an important role in improving digital literacy skills. Through reviewing and analyzing the related literature, this paper discusses the impact of online information resources on digital literacy skills and proposes some effective methods and strategies to improve digital literacy skills.
