Abstract In this paper, we propose an acoustic positioning and tracking system using time difference of arrival (TDOA) for multiple sound source positions in a three-dimensional (3D) space. The microphone array uses a regular tetrahedron structure and only requires four sensors to realize the position analysis of the sound source. We develop a fast cross-correlation algorithm to obtain characteristic peaks quickly from the TDOA data, which can effectively distinguish the phases of different sound sources and locate them in a multi-source environment. The optimized TDOA algorithm uses a minimum number of 3D sound source capture sensor arrays, which can capture the 3D coordinates of every sound source while performing low-latency multiple signal classification (MUSIC) calculations. The development of this technology will have a wide range of applications in real-time sound source coordinate acquisition in the field of multi-source acoustic visualization.

Abstract Transition metal cholochide molybdenum telluride (MoTe2) has three crystal phase structures of 2H, Td and 1T', among which 2H phase structure (2H-MoTe2) has attracted much attention due to its small band-gap width (1eV) and high carrier mobility (2500cm2·V-1·s-1). Hexagonal (2H-MoTe2) polycrystals are an indirect gap semiconductor, but refining them into several layers leads to the emergence of a direct band gap of 1.1eV. By comparing the different preparation schemes, as well as the growth preparation methods of other two-dimensional materials, we found that the reactivity of tellurium can be improved by introducing hydrogen, which has the same role in the preparation of other transition metal chalcogenides. In this paper, we successfully prepared two MoTe2 films with different morphologies by chemical vapor deposition. In addition to introducing hydrogen as carrier gas, NaCl was added as catalyst in order to increase the concentration of Mo atoms during the reaction.

Abstract The paper proposes a fault diagnosis method for small modular pressurized water reactors (SMPWR). Due to the compactness and complexity of SMPWR, for general fault diagnosis methods, it is difficult to extract the corresponding special complex fault characteristics, resulting in a great increase in the difficulty of diagnosis. Therefore, this paper intends to propose a more applicable diagnosis method in close combination with the characteristics of SMPWR. Traditional machine learning methods based on feature selection and feature extraction work well in other research areas, but when it comes to SMPWR, it is difficult to determine the features that should be extracted, and different feature selection can cause great interference in the diagnosis results. Therefore, this project proposes to use advanced deep learning algorithms to automatically learn fault features of complex systems, reduce human interference, and build up more reasonable and accurate intelligent diagnostic models.

Abstract This design is aimed at using Siemens S7-1500 series PLC as the control system, and using a single six story elevator simulation model as the controlled object. After consulting literature on PLC controlled elevator systems and studying the control technology schemes used in the literature, the control design for a single elevator was completed. A group control algorithm based on scheduling principles was adopted to minimize waiting time and receive call signals from each elevator. By calculating the time required for each elevator, the shortest elevator was selected for transportation. Compared to other group control algorithms, the implementation of this group control algorithm is simple, has a short development cycle, and has good control effects. It can well meet the design requirements of passenger capacity, average waiting time, average passenger travel time, and overall system energy consumption.

Abstract In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of sampling irregular tracks, a time series clustering algorithm for detecting stops is proposed. Firstly, based on the data field theory, a hybrid feature density detection method considering temporal and spatial characteristics is designed. Secondly, according to the characteristic that the center density of the stop point is greater than the inlet density, the filtering and refining strategy is used to extract the stop point. In the filtration stage, the time duration and the minimum density threshold are selected as the candidate residence points. The maximum threshold is used to identify the actual residence point in the refining stage. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively detect the residence points on the irregular trajectories with higher accuracy and less time consumption than the existing methods.

Abstract The normal distribution is a widely used distribution and has a very important probability distribution in the fields of mathematics, physics and engineering. In natural and social phenomena, a large number of random variables obey or approximately obey the normal distribution, so it is always customary to assume that they are in line with normality when doing data analysis, but whether the assumption is true or not depends on the normality of test. Therefore, the judgment method of normal distribution is also particularly important. This paper proposes corresponding test methods for univariate normality and multivariate normality under the premise of R language.
