Abstract
This study aims to explore the research methods and practice of cost control and performance evaluation system in machinery manufacturing enterprises. First, it analyzes the impact of weak cost control consciousness, single cost control method and imperfect performance evaluation system. Second, it puts forward some suggestions to solve the above problems by improving the awareness of cost control, introducing advanced management tools and improving the performance evaluation system. Third, the practical significance and prospect of these methods are summarized.
