荷兰如何培养拔尖创新人才——莱顿大学荣誉教育的经验与启示

Abstract

荷兰于 1993 年开始实施荣誉教育，为有天赋的学生提供更具挑战性的教育内容，旨在促进荷兰卓越人才的 培养。荷兰荣誉教育发展迅速，涵盖本硕阶段，类型丰富。论文对荷兰高等教育体系与其荣誉教育发展进行简要概述， 并以莱顿大学为例，从其培养目标、选拔机制与课程体系三个方面对其荣誉教育实践进行深入剖析，总结荷兰卓越 人才培养的经验与启示：重构人才选拔标准，注重平衡学术能力与综合素质；重建课程体系，注重统筹跨学科整合 与实践导向。
