学习动机与环境支持对高等教育价值共创意愿的影响研究

Abstract

研究旨在通过揭示学习动机、环境支持与学生共创意愿之间动态关系,探究高等教育转型下价值共创机制 普适性与师生教育价值共创的影响因素。研究通过层级回归与斜率分析发现,学习动机和环境支持成为主要影响方 面。与此同时,价值共创机制在不同背景的学生群体中具有普适性。值得注意的是,在教学评价等深层次互动环节中, 权力结构仍导致学生的互动性参与受限。为此,本研究为高校建设支持性环境、优化师生互动机制以及创新教育评 价方式提供了指导方向,从而助力高等教育在转型中实现更高质量的发展。
