云南省高校少数民族大学生就业意向的影响因素研究

Abstract

论文基于云南省高校少数民族大学生的就业意向调查数据,探讨影响其就业选择的核心因素。通过分析有 效问卷发现,个人能力、专业背景、家庭经济状况、就业政策认知、区域经济差异及民族身份等因素显著影响就业 意向。研究表明,少数民族学生倾向于返回生源地就业,对基层就业持观望态度,且对薪酬预期受限于地区经济水平。 研究结果为优化少数民族大学生就业支持政策提供了实证依据。
