小学生学业压力、亲子关系与抑郁症状的关系:心理素质的调节作用

Abstract

本研究采用问卷法对 3808 名四至六年级学生进行调查,考察学业压力与亲子关系对小学生抑郁症状的影响及心理素质的调节作用。结果表明:学业压力显著正向预测抑郁症状(β = 0.379, p < 0.001),亲子关系显著负向预测抑郁症状(β = -0.152, p < 0.001);心理素质显著调节学业压力与抑郁症状的关系,但未在亲子关系与抑郁路径中发挥调节作用。研究提示,干预小学生抑郁需协同降低学业压力、改善亲子关系并注重心理素质的培育。
